PRIVACY POLICY — YOUR SAVE DATA

Last updated: 12 October 2026.

1. THE BASICS

Lucky Boom looks after your personal info. This policy explains what we collect when you use our services, why, and how we use it.

It is an agreement between you and Lucky Boom ("we", "us", "our") and part of the Lucky Boom Terms and Conditions.

The website Lucky Boom (the "Casino", "Website", "Company", "We", "Us", "Our") is owned and run by MAIREKE LIMITADA, a company registered under the laws of Costa Rica.

We may update this policy now and then and will post the new version on our platforms. Check back sometimes.

2. WHAT WE COLLECT

Personal Information ("Personal Information") means anything that can identify you: first and last name, date of birth, home or other address, email, phone number and similar details. We may ask for it when you use the website, register an account or use our services. It can include contact details (phone too), shipping and billing details, transaction history, how you like to use the site and your feedback on the Services. It is kept on servers in Costa Rica and, at times, elsewhere. While you use the services, our servers keep an activity log just for you with administrative and traffic data such as source IP address, time and date of access, pages visited, language, software crash reports and browser type. We need this to provide good services. We never collect Personal Information about you without you knowing.

3. HOW WE COLLECT AND HANDLE IT

Some data is collected automatically, as above. We also get Personal Information you give us through the services or other contact on Lucky Boom, and we may get it from online vendors and service providers and from customer lists lawfully bought from third-party vendors. Third-party providers may help with technical support, process your online transactions and maintain your account. They can see what you give them, and we use that Personal Information as this policy describes. We share it with third parties outside the company only as this policy allows, and we make sure our deals with providers and vendors protect your privacy.

4. HOW WE USE IT

We use your Personal Information to deliver the Services, support you, run security and identity checks, process your transactions, help you join third-party promotions, meet business requirements and for anything else connected with running the Services. For this we may share it with carefully chosen partners, including parties they share data with.

We may also use it to send you (1) offers and news about our products and services and (2) the same about our partners', so we can widen our range and improve service. Sometimes we run surveys or contests; joining is voluntary and you choose what to share, such as contact details (name, mailing address, phone) and demographics (postcode, age). If you accept a contest prize or winnings, you agree we may use your name in advertising and promotion without extra payment, unless the law forbids it. Unless you opted out, we may also use your Personal Information, including email and phone, to tell you about our products, services and promotions, including other gaming products (online poker, casino, betting, backgammon) and carefully chosen third-party offers.

5. SHARING IN SPECIAL CASES

We may disclose your Personal Information if the law requires it, or if we believe in good faith that we must: (1) comply with legal process against us, our sites or the services, or in a substantially similar legal duty; (2) protect our rights or property; or (3) protect the personal safety of users or the public. If we decide in our sole discretion that you cheated or tried to defraud us, the company or any other user (game manipulation, payment fraud), or we suspect fraudulent payment (stolen cards, chargebacks or other reversals) or a prohibited transaction (money laundering), we may share that, with your identity, with other online gaming sites, banks, card companies and the proper agencies and authorities. (4) For addiction-prevention research, data may be anonymised and passed on to the relevant institutions.

6. YOUR CONTROLS

Opt out of promotions in your account settings on our sites or services, via a link in our emails, or any time by emailing or writing to Customer Service.

You can also contact us to 1) check your Personal Information is accurate, 2) update it, or 3) complain about how we use it. On request we will (1) update information you gave us if you show the change is needed, or (2) flag it so it is never used for marketing again. Nothing here stops us from keeping Personal Information where the law requires.

7. COOKIES

What we put on your device

When you use our services we may store small text files called cookies on your device to remember your preferences. We also use Local Shared Objects ("flash cookies"), which let us remember things about your visits across our sites. Neither can reach other information on your computer, and we use them only to track your use of our services. Cookies help us watch traffic, improve the services and make them easier or more relevant for you. We use flash and third-party cookies to help show you better-matched ads.

Strictly necessary cookies

These are essential for moving around a website and using features such as secure areas or financial transactions. Without them our websites would not work efficiently.

During registration

These cookies hold information from registration so we can recognise you as a customer and give you the services you need, and may help us understand your interests online and improve your visits.

On our website

For visitors we use cookies to collect information. Our servers use three kinds:

A "session" cookie: lasts only for your visit, helps you move around faster and, if you are registered, lets us show you more relevant information. It expires when you close your browser.

A "persistent" cookie: stays on your computer for a period set per cookie. Flash cookies are persistent too.

"Analytical" cookies: let us recognise and count visitors and see how they use our services, so we can improve our sites, for example by helping you find things easily.

You can accept or decline cookies. Most browsers accept them by default, but you can usually change your browser settings to decline. The Help menu in most browsers shows how to block new cookies, get a warning about them or switch them off.

Flash cookies

Change your Flash Player settings in the Settings Manager to block flash cookies. To block them from all third-party content, open "Global Storage Settings", untick "Allow third-party flash content to store information on your computer" and close the Settings Manager. For specific sites use "Website Storage Settings".

With an old Flash Player or browser the Settings Manager may be missing. Update both to the latest versions.

If you decline cookies, some interactive features of our sites may not work.

8. PAYMENT SYSTEMS

To play for real money you send money to us and receive money from us. We may use third-party electronic payment systems for that. By accepting this policy you expressly agree to the Personal Information needed to process transactions being used, including, where necessary, being sent outside your country. We make sure our arrangements with payment systems protect your privacy.

9. SECURITY REVIEWS

We may run a security review at any time to validate your registration data and check your use of the services and your financial transactions for possible breaches of our Terms and Conditions or the law. By using our services, and so accepting our Terms and Conditions, you authorise us to use and disclose your Personal Information to third parties to validate what you provide, including, where necessary, sending it outside your country. Reviews may include ordering a credit report or checking your information against third-party databases, and you agree to provide the information or documents we ask for. 10. SECURITY

Security matters to us. All Personal Information we receive directly from you is stored in an encrypted, password-protected database inside our secure network behind active state-of-the-art firewall software. (Our Services support SSL Version 3 with 128-bit encryption.) We also make sure our subsidiaries, agents, affiliates and suppliers use adequate security.

11. MINORS

Our Services are not for anyone under eighteen (18) or the lawful age where they live. Anyone who gives us information through the services tells us they are eighteen (18), or the lawful age where they live, or older. We try to uncover attempts by minors to use our services, possibly through a security review. If we learn that a minor has tried to submit, or has submitted, personal information, we won't accept it and will purge it from our records.

12. TRANSFERS ABROAD

Personal Information collected through the services may be stored and processed in any country where we or our affiliates, suppliers or agents have facilities. By using our services you expressly agree to any transfer outside your country, including to countries that may not be judged to have adequate privacy laws. We still make sure agents, affiliates and suppliers follow our privacy standards wherever they are.

13. THIRD PARTIES

We cannot guarantee protection of information you give to a third-party site that links to or from the services, or collected by a third party running our affiliate programme (if any) or another programme, because those sites are independent. Their own privacy policy, if any, governs what they collect.

14. DISCLAIMER

The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without liability of any kind. We are not responsible for events outside our direct control. Our technology and business are complex and keep changing, so we cannot guarantee error-free privacy performance, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages relating to use or release of Personal Information.

15. AGREEMENT

By using our services you agree to this Privacy Policy.

This is our complete and exclusive Privacy Policy and replaces earlier versions. Read it with our Terms and Conditions and any other applicable terms on our platforms. We may change it and will post the new text on our Platforms; if you keep using our services after a change, you accept it. Revisit it regularly.

Under Article 77 of the GDPR you may also lodge a complaint about the processing of your data with a supervisory authority, especially in the Member State where you usually live, work or where the alleged infringement happened.

16. OTHER WEBSITES

Our website may link to other sites outside our control and not covered by this policy. If you use those links, their operators may collect information from you under their own privacy policies, which may differ from ours. We are not responsible; only those operators are responsible for how their sites work and any errors.

17. OTHER TERMS

Versions of the Privacy Notice other than English are for information only. If versions differ or conflict, the English version prevails.

18. DATA RETENTION

As our Terms and Conditions say, you or the Casino can close your Player Account at any time. After closure we keep your personal data for as long as the law requires and use it only if competent authorities need it for enquiries into financial and fiscal records, fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity.

Under anti-money-laundering rules in licensed gaming jurisdictions in the European Union, we must keep the data you gave at registration, and any data passed on while your Player Account was active, for at least five years from your last transaction or the closing of the account. We therefore cannot accept requests to erase it earlier.
