1. Rules for every bonus

1.2 Activate first

Unless stated otherwise, activate the bonus in your account profile before you make the qualifying deposit. Deposit first and the power-up never triggers, and it cannot be added afterwards. This covers all five Welcome Package deposits and other deposit-linked offers marked for pre-activation.

1.3 Bonus money vs real money

• Once a bonus is credited you have a real-money balance and a bonus balance. Real money is played first.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings from bonus funds that have cleared the wagering requirement can be withdrawn, within any cap.
• Rakeback and no-wagering cashback go straight to real money with no wagering unless stated.

1.4 Wagering

• Wagering requirement = bonus amount (plus free-spin winnings where relevant) × the stated multiplier.
• Only real-money bets on eligible games count, unless a bonus is for a particular game category.
• Slots (excluding live dealer slots where applicable) usually count 100%.
• Live casino games add 10% to slot-bonus wagering, so live play counts, just slowly.
• A promotion may set different rates for single games or categories; its terms will say so.
• Wagering with free-spin winnings uses the same rules as ordinary slot wagering.

1.5 Max bet while wagering

• Maximum bets apply during wagering. Breaking them can cost you the bonus and its winnings.

1.6 Cash-out caps

• Unless stated otherwise, bonus winnings are capped at a maximum cash-out of 10× the bonus amount.
• Free-spin winnings are capped at €150 per bonus that awards free spins.
• The total cap on winnings from all Welcome Package funds is €10,000.

• Anything above a cap is removed when you withdraw.

1.7 Expiry

• Unused bonuses and free spins expire at the end of the promotion's validity period and are removed without replacement.
• Sport bonuses expire 14 days after crediting unless stated otherwise.
• Other promotions list their own expiry.

1.8 Forfeiting

You can forfeit an active bonus in your account settings any time. The bonus balance and its winnings are removed; real money stays. Lucky Boom may also void a bonus and winnings if it finds the bonus was claimed against these rules, for example multiple accounts, false information, abusive wagering or attempts to get around max-bet or game rules.

5.5 Free bets

• With a free bet your stake stays in your balance.
• Return = (free bet amount × odds) minus the stake; the stake isn't returned as a winning.

6. Free spins

7. The bank: banking, currencies and limits
